Alexis Schrimpf is a native Cincinnatian who has spent her life drawing, sketching and creating experiences. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Design Art Architecture and Planning with a degree in Industrial Design, she had a 35+ year career in the design industry. Most recently she retired from P&G as the global VP of Design for Beauty Care. Today she is focused bringing her own point of view to life.

Alexis completed her first piece of pointillism in high school and has been inspired by the technique ever since. After days of bringing a piece to life using tiny points of ink or paint, Alexis’ sometimes chooses to take broad strokes with colored pencils or acrylics.

Having lived in Cincinnati for the past 93 years, Cy has been sketching, drawing and creating artwork since he was a small boy. Although his professional career of over 50+ years, was that of a Dentist, Cy filled his office walls with original pen and ink drawings of his many travels.

Now retired he is a constant presence at the Cincinnati Art Club Monday Life Drawing Sketch Class and continues to refine his skills with landscapes via pen and ink with water color washes.
